Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

Remote | Full -Time | 9AM - 5PM ESTExpected Start Date:October 2026Job Overview:Our client is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Cold Caller / Appointment Setterto join their growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about connecting with potential clients and creating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for reaching out to qualified leads, building initial relationships, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to a provided list of leads.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and introduce them to our services.
• Qualify potential clients based on established criteria.
• Generate interest and effectively communicate the value of our offerings.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointment outcomes.
• Follow up with leads when necessary.
• Consistently work toward appointment-setting and performance goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or a similar outbound sales role.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Strong persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, hungry for success, and results-driven.
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
• Enthusiastic personality with positive and exciting energy.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently during EST business hours.
