Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer at Aptus Data Labs. As a creative designer you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and user-friendly designs that resonate with our audience. You will work closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to ensure that our visual content and digital experiences are engaging, cohesive, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts that enhance brand identity and communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create visually appealing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
UX/UI Design:
- Create intuitive and visually pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for a consistent user experience.
- Continuously improve the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of our digital products.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- BTech in CSE/IT or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, Canva or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience with user-centered design processes, including wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Excellent at Image and video editing and creation
- Excellent attention to detail and design aesthetics
- Ability to use Gen AI / LLMS in documentation creation, rewriting and managing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
