Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (New York Time)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Support Engineer, you'll work directly with our clients to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of technical issues while delivering an outstanding support experience.

In this role, you will:

• Troubleshoot Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, servers, networking equipment, VoIP systems, and other business technologies.
• Manage support requests from beginning to resolution while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
• Prioritize tickets effectively, handle escalations professionally, and ensure service level expectations are consistently met.
• Work closely with teammates on complex technical issues and collaborate across departments when needed.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation that improves internal processes and helps build a stronger knowledge base.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors when necessary to resolve client issues efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings, technical training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deliver proactive, customer-focused support that builds trust and long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is required.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid understanding of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V.
• Strong networking fundamentals with experience troubleshooting switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and connectivity issues.
• Experience using remote support tools, Remote Desktop, and RemoteApp technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize multiple issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• A team-oriented attitude with a willingness to share knowledge and continuously learn.
