Lead Product Designer — Mobile Casual Games

Our clients is a mobile games company, 8 years on the market, 15M+ users, and a leader in the casual mobile games niche. HQ in Cyprus, team distributed across Europe. The company is growing and building out its design leadership.

The role
Hands-on Lead Product Designer. You'll own the product's visual direction end to end — from UI/UX concepts to running the design team day to day.

What you'll do

Own UI/UX and visual design for the mobile app across iOS, Android and Amazon, including App Store and Google Play pages
Create promo graphics, banners, trailers, icons and screenshots
Run prototyping and quality control on the team's UI/UX work
Prepare and adapt visual assets for engineering handoff and localization
Lead and grow a design team of up to 10 people — hands-on, working alongside them when needed
Shape the design pipeline and vision as the product scales

Requirements

• Based in Europe, fluent in Russian
  
• 3+ years designing for mobile products (iOS/Android)
  
• Strong hands-on skills in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
  
• A portfolio with real, shipped mobile products
  
• Experience leading or mentoring a design team
