About this role

They are now seeking to hire a Paid Search Specialist to execute single-channel and multi-channel performance campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this hands-on role, you will leverage analytical insights to optimise marketing strategies, boosting sales and lead generation.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives
Set up, manage, and optimise search campaigns within Google Ads
Conduct, measure, and implement A/B tests for ad copy and targeting
Evaluate budget levels and provide strategic recommendations to maximise campaign performance

Analytics & Technical Support

Analyse campaign data within platforms and GA4 to determine winning strategies
Prepare detailed performance analysis reports and optimisation recommendations on a monthly basis
Manage landing pages and websites to install conversion tracking codes and pixels

Collaboration & Growth

Work closely with clients and internal teams to strategise and execute high-performing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with emerging paid advertising technologies and establish industry best practices

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience building, managing, and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Active Google Ads Certification
Proven background working within an agency or in-house studio environment
Hands-on experience using Google Analytics and GA4 for data interpretation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into actionable campaign decisions

Nice-to-Have Skills

Sound understanding of paid social platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
Basic web management experience related to tracking pixel implementation
Experience supporting multi-channel digital strategy planning and execution
