Our client is a growing company building a strong remote sales workforce across Central and South America. They are focused on hiring reliable, high-performing sales professionals who have strong English communication skills and can effectively work with U.S. customers.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter who specializes in sourcing and hiring remote sales talent across Central and South America.

This is a high-volume recruiting role. You'll own the recruiting process from sourcing through hire and will be expected to consistently build a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals, with a target of approximately 10 hires per month.

This is not a general HR role. We're looking for someone who understands proactive sales recruiting and can consistently identify quality candidates rather than simply generate applicant volume.

Responsibilities

Source qualified remote sales candidates across Central and South America.
Build and develop reliable sourcing channels across multiple LATAM markets.
Proactively source through LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals, job boards, local communities, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and assess communication, confidence, work ethic, sales aptitude, and overall fit.
Evaluate spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively with U.S. customers.
Assess previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, outbound sales, or remote sales experience.
Verify practical requirements such as internet connection, equipment, work environment, and schedule availability.
Maintain an organized pipeline of active and backup candidates.
Coordinate qualified candidates through final interviews and onboarding.
Track recruiting metrics including candidates sourced, interviews, qualified candidates, hires, and retention.
Consistently work toward a target of approximately 10 successful hires per month. (mostly from the inbound resumes, rather than headhunting)

Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting sales talent, ideally in a high-volume environment.
Strong ability to identify high-quality salespeople.
Excellent English communication skills; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
Experience sourcing proactively across LATAM markets.
Comfortable working independently and owning the recruiting process from sourcing through hire.
Data-driven and comfortable working toward clear recruiting KPIs.
Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume candidate pipeline.
