Job Title: Remote Sales & Leasing Coordinator (Salon Suites) – Follow‑Up & Care Calls

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Location: Remote (U.S. Timezone Alignment)

Compensation: $650 – $800 USD/month base + $50 – $100/month performance bonus

Role Overview

Make every stylist who inquires about a salon suite feel seen, supported, and followed up with exactly when promised—ensuring higher tour show rates and seamless lease signings across 8–14 U.S. locations.

You are the human glue connecting marketing, in‑person leasing agents, and incoming prospects. You won't be doing cold prospecting; your primary job is protecting, warming, and nurturing warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Tour Care Touches: Reach out via personalized message or phone call within 24 hours of a booked tour to confirm details, share community benefits, and verify automated reminder sequences.
• Promise-Based Follow-Up: Log all scheduled follow-ups into the CRM and reach out precisely on the promised date/time via text, DM, or call.
• Post-Tour Nurture (24–72 Hours): Send post-tour recap messages, answer routine questions, escalate complex inquiries to local agents, and prompt completion of pending applications.
• Sales Admin & CRM Hygiene: Update prospect pipeline statuses (Tour Scheduled, Showed, No-Show, Applied, Signed) and maintain clean notes and clear next actions for every lead.

Success Metrics & Outcomes

• 100% compliance on pre-tour care touches and automated reminder setups.
• 100% compliance on post-tour follow-up sequences within 24–72 hours.
• Consistent month-over-month increase in tour show rates across assigned locations.
• Direct contribution to monthly signed leases through completed nurture sequences.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1+ years in appointment setting, sales administration, or high-touch customer support.
• Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English with a warm, empathetic tone.
• Organization: Extremely detail-oriented, process-driven, and reliable with time management and CRM task tracking.
• Work Style: Thrives as the behind-the-scenes coordinator who ensures every customer experience feels polished and personal.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Pay: $650 – $800 USD/month (based on experience).
• Monthly Performance Bonus: $50 – $100 bonus awarded for achieving 95%+ on-time follow-ups and beating the previous month's baseline tour show rate.
