We trade with global suppliers and distribute to European customers on our own account. Our AI runs the full trade and distribution end-to-end: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, and embedded financing. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier; for our partners, it is the most convenient and safe way to do business across borders. Behind it, our software and agentic AI do the heavy lifting that used to take an asset-intensive supply chain with four or five intermediaries and weeks of manual coordination.

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €70,000, designed to reward high performance and results. This includes a strong base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure, meaning there is no limit to what you can earn — your success directly drives your income. Top performers have the opportunity to significantly exceed OTE, supported by a transparent, performance-driven bonus plan that truly rewards achievement.

What you will do
Build and develop your own client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Proactively qualify new leads through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and consistent pipeline management.
Engaging in conversations with potential and existing clients, and guiding them through the sales process.
Work closely with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with both buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges that may arise during the trading process.
Monitor your performance against monthly targets and KPIs, taking ownership of revenue growth within your portfolio.
Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading decisions.
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus
You have prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You demonstrate excellent German skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
A basic understanding of national and international trade and supply chain management is a plus.
