Based on the growth of our organisation and an expanding pipeline of work, we have a new role available for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. You will join a hands-on team and work on implementations and support of customers across a diverse range of industries with the responsibility for the design, build, testing, implementation and ongoing administration of security solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior SuccessFactors Talent Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, optimisation, and support of primarily SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions for our clients. Working closely with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT functions, you will translate business requirements into scalable and impactful recruitment technology outcomes.

This is a client-facing consulting role that requires both strong functional expertise and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SmartRecruiters and other Talent modules implementation and enhancement projects from discovery through to go-live.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Configure SmartRecruiters and other Talent module solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practice.
• Provide strategic advice on recruitment process optimisation and talent transformation.
• Design and document solution architectures, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Support testing activities, including UAT planning and execution.
• Collaborate with integration partners, technical consultants, and project managers.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and additional value creation for clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the DyFlex consulting practice.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Hands-on SmartRecruiters implementation and configuration experience as well as other Talent modules such as Onboarding and Succession.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent processes.
• Experience leading client workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
