What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
Conduct Outbound Prospecting: Utilizetools like 6sense and Outreach.io toidentifyand targetexisting customersupsell and cross-sellgrowth potential.
CultivateCustomerRelationships: Build andmaintainstrong relationships withexisting customersto fosterconsultativepartnershipsfor the long term.
IdentifySales Opportunities: Analyzecustomerbusinessneeds, vertical, and technical challengesto uncover sales opportunities.
GrowBook of Business: Oversee a portfolio ofexisting customers,uncovernew salesopportunities,increaseproductadoption and revenue contribution to Bluehost.
Full Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process for Bluehost services, from prospecting and closing deals to post-sale account management.
Achieve Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction andmonthly sales targets.
Resolve Customer Issues: Provide effective solutions to customer problems within our support scope.
Exhibit Strong Interpersonal Skills: Thrive in a high-volume, dynamic environment by multitasking, prioritizing, anddemonstratingexceptional communication.
Close Sales with Integrity: Apply robust sales skills to understand customer needs and close sales ethically.

Customer Growth Mindset: Proven success growing existing customer relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and consultative solution selling.
Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing trusted partnerships with customers and identifying opportunities to drive long-term value.
Revenue-Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, retention goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Opportunity Identification: Strong discovery skills with the ability to uncover customer business needs and align solutions to drive adoption and growth.
Full-Cycle Sales Experience: Experience managing opportunities from prospecting and qualification through close and ongoing account development.
Highly Organized: Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing activities, and thriving in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Exceptional Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, 6sense, or similar tools; experience with hosting, WordPress, domains, SaaS, or digital solutions is a plus.
Problem Solver: Customer-focused with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for delivering solutions that help customers succeed.
Passion for SMBs: Genuine enthusiasm for helping small and medium-sized businesses grow through technology and online solutions.
